" AN ORDINANCE LIMITING AND REGULATING THE USE OF CITY SUPPLIED WATER BY AIR-CONDI- IONING SYSTEMS; REQUIRING PERSONS INSTALLING SUCH SYSTEMS TO OBTAIN A PERMIT; REQUIRING UCH SYSTEMS TO BE MUIPPED WITH WATER CONSERVATION DEVICES; ESTABLISHING STANDARDS OF PERATION; PROVIDING FOR THE INSPECTION OF THE INSTALLATION AND OPERATION THEREOF; AND ROVIDING FOR THE PENALTIES OF ITS PROVISIONS.", WHICH Ordinance had been left on its irst reading at the regular meeting of July 26th, was presented and Alderman Pratt made motion that it be placed on its second reading, this motion was seconded by Alderman IcAllister, and on roll call by the Clerk the following vote was recorded: Ayes: Richardson, urge, Hunt, Pratt, Williams, McAllister and Alexander. Nays: Hefline and the Mayor declared he motion passed, as there were 7 Ayes, and 1 nay, and dtrected that the Ordinance be tread the second time, which was done, after which, it was agreed to leave the Ordinance In is second reading. RESOLUTION No*454 RESOLVED: That the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized and directed to blish notice of the City of Fayettevillets election to call for redemption on Septemb 1954 Bond No 5 in the principal amount'of $39200.00, maturing September 1, 1958 and sued pursuant to the terms and provisions of Ordinance No.1001.
