esent: Mayor Powell M.Rhea, City Clerk J.W.McGehee, City Attorney A.D.McAllister, City
gineer W.C.Smith, City Building Inspector Harold Lieberenz, City Auditor Harold Zick,

Representatives of the High School Civics Class, led by Jim Johnson,appeared befo
