lderman Kent and was passed unanimously by the Council.
NO PARKING 4lderman Pratt made a motion that a "NO PARKING" Zone be established on both sides of

The Mayor reported that the contract with Mr.Gabbard for taking care of the City'
contract ump Grounds had expired, and Alderman Pratt, Chairman of yhe Sanitation Committee, recom�-
ith Jim ended that the contract not be renewed., Alderman Williams made a motion that the recom
abbard mendation be approved; "this motion was seconded by Alderman McAllister,and was passed unan-
imously by the Council.
Alderman Kent reported -that the bills had been audited and approved, and made a
oyion that they be allowed as approved, this motion was seconded by Alderman Pratt and was
assed unanimously by the Council.
Alderman Pratt made a motion that the Mayor, City Attorney, Municipal Judge and any
othef member of.the City Council who wished to -attend be authorized to attend a meeting

f the Arkansas Municipal League November the 4th & 5th; this motion was seconded by Ald r-
an Williams, and was passed unanimously by the Council.
There being no further business, Alderman Richardson moved to adjourn,sdconded by
lderman Kent, which was passed unanimously by the Council, and the Mayor'declared the
ouncil adjourned, and stated that the next meeting would be October 26th.
