A letter from T,J,Raney & Sons,"confirming their verbal a greement with refer- ence to delivery of the Fayetteville Second -Lien Water 'Revenue -Bonds was presented, Alderman'Richardson made a :•'otion that the letter -be received and filed and a copy be recorded in the minutes of the Council, this motion was seconded by Alderman Pratt, and was passed unanimously by the Council. As soon as you have received bids on the Clear Creek Pumping Station and force main and when the completion bond has been furnished by the -contractor, we will accept delivery and pay for that amount of bonds required to pay for the cost of this construc- tion. -2, When -you have received bids, and a completion bond has-been furnished,for the filtration plant which we understand will be aroud the -latter part of April, we will accept delivery and pay for the amount of bonds necessary to pay for this construction. Arid the Planning Commission being fully advised in the premises hereby approves the s:.i..;..:;', aid'plan insofar as it'pertains to use of property in connection with said pumping station, orce main and treatment facilities on Mt.Sequoyah.
