Alderman Heflin made a motion that the DEDICATION be approved and accepted; this motion seconded by Alderman Richardson, and was passed unanimously by the Council. Alderman Kent reported that the bills had been audited and signed, and made a I that they be allowed as approved, this motion was seconded by Alderman Pratt and I as passed unanimously by the Council. It was brought to the attention of the Council that quite a number of the Cit ^anceemployees were interested in some Group Insurance to be paid for by the individual employ provided the City would agree to deduct the payment for the premiums from their pay check and remit to the Insurance Companies�lderman Heflin made a motion that the City Agree to make said deductions and payments, provided there are as many as Ten Employees in any one �y_ group makimg the -requests this motion was:.seconded by Alderman Burge and was passed unani mously by the Council. ~�. AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING ORDINANCE,which had been left on its first reading at the regular meeting of the Council October 27th, was presented and read the second time and after discussion, Alderman"Richardson made a motion that the rules be sus pended and the Ordinane placed on its third and final reading, this motion was seconded b Alderman Kent, and was passed unanimously by the Council; The Clerk then read the Ordinance the third and final time.
