Alderman Kent reported that the bills had been audited and signed, and made a motion -that they be allowed as approved, phis motion was seconded by Alderman Williams and was passed unanimously by the Council. The Mayor reported a request from Rev.E.H.Hoo'_r; Superintendent of the Western methodist Assembler for a 11110 PARKING°Area to be established at the observation Point on I;It,Sequoyah, Alderman Hunt made a motion =�`atl ti`:;ie- the pa.rkir be limited to 15 minutes parking at this point, this motion was seconded by Alderman Williams, and was passed unanimously by the Council. Alderman Williams made a !notion that II.A.Stice be notified that his contract manager at„Itpke Fayetteville would be extended to include the season of 1953 at the sam sal-ary and"„r editions as his 1952 contract, this mot£on was seconded by Alderman 1McAlli and was passed unanir-ously by the Council. Alderman Burge made a motion that the $18.00 fee for a building permit to ere a building at the Fairgrounds be refunded to the Fair Committee, this motion was second by Alderman hunt and was passed unanimously by the Council.
