SERVICE The City Engineer presented a letter from ELECTRO RUST COMPANY in which they submitted
PLAN t1A do plans for servicing the new RESERVOIR, as follows:

SERVICE PLAN "B" -a limited service at a cost of ##250.00 it
lderman Williams made a motion that the Water Superintendant be authorized to accept
t e "B" Plan, this motion was seconded by Alderman McAllister, and was passed unaimously
y the Council.
There being no further business, Alderman -Williams made a motion to adjourn till
Monday, June 2nd at 8:00 O'Clock, this motion was seconded by Alderman Richardson,and
i°{as passed unanimously by the Council, and the Mayor declared the Council adjourned till

The City Engineer presented the application -of Bryce Davis for a bmilding Jit on Highway 71, South, Alderman Heflin made a motion that Bmilding-permit No 729 be
issued to Bryce Davis, this motion was seconded by Alderman Kent and was -passed unanimou
lily by the Council.
The City Engineer presented the request of C.L.Brack for a bldg permit at 123
ast Spring Street, Alderman Kent made a motion that the permit No.732 be issued to
.L.Brack, this -motion was seconded by Alderman Richardson, and was passed unanimously by
he Council. ��

Alderman Williams made a motion that Roy B.Allen, Huey. Bullington and
Earl N.Williams be named as commissisoners , who shall compose the -Board of Improvement
or Street Improvement District No.59 of the -City of Fayetteville, Washington County,
rkansas, this motion was seconded by Alderman Kent, and was passed unanimously by the
Council.
Alderman Burge introduced AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
T�O. 59 of the City of Fayetteville, Washington County, Arkansas.
The Ordinance was read in its entirety by the Clerk, Alderman McAllister made a
motion that the rules be suspended and the Ordinance placed omits second reading, this
Ttion was seconded by Alderman Williams, and was passed unanimously by the Council.
` The Clerk then read the Ordinance the second time, and after discussion,Alderman
urge made a motion that the'rules be further suspended and the Ordinance placed on its
third and final reading, this motion was seconded by Alderman Richardson and was passed
unanimously by the Council.
The Clerk then read the Ordinance the third and final time.
The Mayor then put the question "Shall the Ordinance pass"?, and on roll call by the
Clerk, the following'vote vas recorded: Ayes: Richardson, Burge, Williams, McAllister,
eflin and Kent. Nays:None. Absent and not voting:Hant and Pratt. And•the Mayor declared
rdinance passed, as there were 6 Ayes, and no nays.
Alderman Richardson made a motion that the—emergency clause be adopted, this
lo . tion was seconded by Alderman Willisms,and on-roll."call by the Clerk the following vote
was fecorded: Ayes: Richardson, Burge,-William"s, McAllister, Heflin and Kent. Nays:None.

AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING STREP IMPROVEBENT DISTRICT N0.59 OF TIE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, WASHINGTON COUNTY, ARKANSAS.
'.NHERAS, parties claiming to be the owners od two-thirds in assessed value of
the property located within the territory hereinafter described have filed a petition
praying that an improvement district be established for the purpose hereinafter set out
WITEREAS, after due notice as required by law,the City Council of the City of
Fayetteville, Arij:ansas has heard all parties desiring to be heard, and has ascertained
that said petition was signed by two-thirds in assessed value of the owners of real prop
erty within said territory&

Alderman Burge introduced a RESOLUTION anproving the report of the Board
f Commissioners of Street Improvement District No.59, together with the estimated cost
f said improvement, exclusive of interest on borrowed money, 'and the appointment of a
oard of Assessors,Alderman Williams made a motion that the RESOLUTION be adopted, this
op�tion was seconded by Alderman McAllistgeer, and was passed unanimously by the Council.

assessment for said improvement be undertaken; and that Orville J.Hall, Mack Qualls and R
!heeler, each of whom is an 'elector" of the City of Fayetgeville, Arkansas, be and theysar
iereby appointed as assessors for 'said district to assess the benefits to be.received by
