AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 3 OF ORDINANCE N0.958 "OF THE ORDINANCES OF THE CITY FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES: IT ORDAI?TED BY THEVCITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS: SECTION I. Section 3 -of Ordinance "no- 958 of the Or,iinances of the City of Fayette- lle, Arkansas, is hereby amended to read as gollows "SECTION 3. Nosheet metal, corrugated metal or metal coiaered '% . :L .'n.M or buildings or sheds, shall be erected in the first fire zone except when such buildings shall be used for industrial, stmrage or warehouse purpose s; and located within 300 feet of a railroad track and south of Spring Street or North of Douglass Street."
