WHEREAS, all persons, firms and corporations operating taxicabs in the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas have agreed and consented and have shown cause whereby the fares should be raised, and for their other services , and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Fayetteville has made a careful study of rates and fares to be charged -by taxicabs that will give the public reasonable rates wi' a fair .return to the taxicabs. -operators.
