ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS: SECTION I. It' shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to park a ehicle of any kind whatsoever on the proposed Highway 71 By-pass between the intersection f School Street -"and Second -Street and the intersection of College Avenue and Center Striet n the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas. SECTION 2. AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE'CODE OF TIHT'NATIONAL FIRE PROTECTION ASSOCIATION DESIGNATED AS PAMPHLET N.F.P.A.N0.30-L, IN PART, AND RELATING TO THE STORAGE, HANDLING, AND USE OF FLAMABLE LIQUIDS.
