Aldermanj.McOoodwin made ,a motion to accept .the proposals of the, above menti
property owners,iLt the above named prices for the RIGHT -OF -Way of the 71 By -Pass.
This motion was seconded by Alderman Kent, -and was passed unanimously by
the Council -
o sell The Mayor reported that the City had ari OLD GRADER at the Aibport, for which he had
Id been offered $25.00. Alderman Richardson made"a motion that the Mayor be authorized to
radar sell the Old Grader for the'best price obtainable, this motion was seconded by Alderman
Kent, and was passed unanimously by the Council*1
The Mayor reported there would-be a meeting of the Executive Committee of the
Arkansas -Municipal Leegue; And Alderman McGoodwin made a motion that the"Mayor be author
ized to attend, if possibTb, this motion was seconded by Alderman Burge and was passed

nanimously by the Council.
There being ne further business, Alderman Rent made a motion to adjourn, subject
o'call, or the next regular meeting'June 25th,this motion was seconded by Alderman
ichardson, and was passed'urianimously by -the Council, and the Mayor declared the Counci
djourned, subject to CALL, or till next regular meeting June 25th,.
