Alderman Williams, made a motion -to accept the offer of Mrs Cora Hilten to sell to 'e Hiltotahe City that portion of her property taken by -the proposed Right-of-way .of Highway No 71 L.e approf ayetteville by-pass STATE HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT Job N6.9211, which property i's,,designated on a map prepared by the St ate Highway Dep-artment as TRACT. NO. 24; for the sum of $2,000.00 this motion was seconded by Alderman'Richardsonand was passed unanimously by the Council. Alderman Richardson reported -that the,bills had been audited and signed, and made a motion that they be allowed as approved., *this motion was seconded by Alderman Burge and was passed unanimously by the Council.
