Fayetteville City Council met in regular session, Monday, May 7th, 1951.

Mr.J.R.Bissett appeared before the Council with the following proposal:

Proposal construction for the water tanks on Mt.Sequoyah at the following prices:

The City Engineer presented a statement'from Dr.Harrison Hale for his expenses to
Hot Springs to a"convention , amounting to $$21.91, Alderman Kincaid made a motion that the

Alderman Kent reported -that the Bills had peen audited and signed, and made a

Cit# Attorney'McAllister introduced a RESOLUTION to'refund thelamo�ghtpaids
by the Fayetteville School District No.l for"2 building permits, Alderman Williams made
motion'to adopt the resolution thl.s motion was seconded by Alderman Kent which was passed
unanimously by the Council.

Fire Chief -reported three"building that were FIRE HAZA-RDS at the following locations:

be disposed of,after discussion, Alderman McGooftin made a motion -that -the City Attorney

SECTION I. The Southwestern Bell Telephone Company, its successors and assigns -

SECTION 2: The Telephone "Company shall pay the City the sum of $3,300.00 on the 1

of the Telephone Company,. all the said trimming to be' done under the supervicion

SECTION 5. Nothing in this Ordinance contained shall be construed to require or
permit any—Tctruc light or power vire attachments by the City or for the City.
If light or power wire attachments are desired by the City or for the City, then a

SECTION 6. Nothing herein contained shall be conbtrued as giving to the Telephone
Company any exclusive privileges; nor shall it affect any prior or existing rights
