The Mayor then put the question "Shall the Ordinance pass"? , and on roll call by the Clerk, the following vote was recorded; Ayes: -Richardson, McGoodwin,:Pratt, Willams, Heflin and Kent. Nays: None. Absent and not voting: Bwge"and Kincaid. And the Mayor declared the Ordimance passed, as there were 6 Ayes and no Nays. No.43 FINAL REPORT bF PAWING IMPROVEMENT DISCTRICT N0.43 TO THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF HE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE-VARKANSAS: We; the undersigned,being the two -surviving commissioners of Paving Improve- ment Di'atrieV No;43 of the City of Fayetteville, respectfully report that pursuant to an order"of the ehanoery eourt made and entered on March 16, 1951 we are -tendering herewith the voucher of said district in the sum of $72.69 which is the surplus of funds in said district -derived from the collections of asessment benefits after payment of all the 3ndebtedmess of said district. This payment is made in strict compliance of the orders of the Chancery'Court aforesaid and is to be used exclusively for the purpose of maintenance and repairs of the -streets within the boundaries of said district. -Your commissioners further report -that there are no further duties to be iperformed in connection with said improvement district; that all of the assessments have been collected and -all-of the bonds paid as well as'all expenses of said -district and that'said'dommissionerb'should be released and relieved of further duties herein and the district ordered closed.
