Section 2. The City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas is further authorize
nd directed to deduct and withhold Social Security tares or payments from' the wages and 31=
alaries of the officials and employees. of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas; EXCEPT no
eductions shall be made from those officials and employees that are not cotered by Socia
ecurity.
Section 3. The City Clerk is further authorized and directed to match the amount
ithheld from the --officers and employees with an equal amount-fronthe general fund of th
ity of 'Fayetteville, Arkansas and remit the total and necessary amount'to'the'Authorized
tate Agency, for the further remittance to the Federal Security Administrator.
Section 4; All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
