Alderman Kent, chairman of the Finance committee, presented a report of the
-eneral financial condmtion of the City, and made the following recommmendations:
hat the position of Fire Chief be made a full time job;
that the City Treasurer assume the duties of collecting funds from the parking meters,
service now being performed by the Fire Chief.
That the following wage and salary increases be come effective July 1, 1950:
