T e Clerk then read the Ordinance the second time, and after discussion, Alderman McGoodw de a motion that the Ordinance -be left on its secondrreading and be referred to the Pla ng Commission for their approval; and that the City Engineer be instructed to publish a notice that the Ordinance would be up for consideration at -the next regular meeting, June 19th, this motion was seconded by Alderman l°Jhite and was passed unanimously by the Counci Tile Mayor reported that he had made a tentative agreement with Mr.Al Vitt t rbagel -purchase the garbage from the City at a -price of Y02,00 perload delivered to his feed lot 50¢ per load if Mr Vitt picked up the garbage and delivered it himself, Alderman Kent mad Vitt motion that the Mayor be authorized --to continue the above agreement on a temporary basi till such time as a contract can be brought in for consideration, t�i,s motion was seconde lderman White and was passed unanimously by the Council. To cover Alderman Feathers made a motion that the Mayor be authorized to ask for bids Qity Bldg or covering the Administration Building, this motion was seconded by Alderman Kent and as passed unanimously by the Council.
