CITY PART; IN THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, IJASHINGTON COUNTY, ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER
WHEREAS, the swimming pool at the City Park in the City of Fayetteville,

Alderman Bohe introduced a RESOLUTION appointing a BOARD OF ASSESSORS for
Street Improvement District No. 56, Alderman Feathers made a motion that the RESOLUTION
be adopted,"this motion was seconded by Alderman Richardson, and was passed unanimously by
the Council.

PV WHEEREAS; the Board of Improvement of Street Improvement District No.56 of the C'ty
of Fayetteville, Arkansas, has filed its report, together with an estimate of the cost
of the improvement contemplated in said local improvement district, and it appearing
therefrom that the estimated cost of said improvement, exclusive of interest on borrowed
money, is the sum of Forty One Thousand, Seven Hundred Forty Two Dollars and seven cents
($41,742.07), being less than sixty per cent of the assessed value of the real property
in the district as shown by the last County Assessment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City-Council'of the City of Fayettevillg,
Arkansas,that said report•be and the same -is hereby approved; and that the making of the
assessment for said pmprovement be undertaken; and that Irby Abshier, S.J.Campbell and
J.E.Parker, each of whom is an elector of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, be and thgy
