HomeMy WebLinkAbout1949-07-11 Minutes251 Postpone rhe question of filling the office of Municipal Judge caused by the resignation of action Paul Jameson, came up for considera$rion, and after discussion, City Attorney Price Dickso on �equested the Council to postpone action on the matter, till he could get an opinion from MJudge the Attorney General,Alderman Richardson made a motion to postpone action on the vacancy till the regular meeting, July 11th, this motion was seconded by Alderman Bohe, and on roll call by the Clerk,•the following vote was recorded; Ayes: Richardson, Feathers, Bohe I{incaid. White and Kent-; Nays: McGoodwin and Williams. And the Mayor declared the motion passed, as there were 6 Ayes, and 2 Nays.
