Alderman Mc Goodwin madela motion that the Council accept his resignation
a a member and chairman of the Sewer Committee, and that Mayor Powell M.Rhea be appointed
o take his place on the Committee as Chairman, this motion was seconded by Alderman
illiams; and was passed unanimously by the Comncil.
Alderman Richardson madeea motion that Alderman McGoodwin be appointed
is an ADVISORY MEMBER of the Sewer Committee, this motion was seconded by Alderman Feath

Alderman Feathers brought up the question of the term of Mr Art Lewin
Ls a member of the BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS being due to expire June 14th, 1949, and made
motion that nerbert Lewis be Appointed As a member of the Board of Public Affairs, for
Two Year Term, to begin at the expiration of the Term of Mr.P_rt Lewis, which is June
4th, 1949, this motion was seconded by Alderman Kent, which was passed unanimously by
