The MayAr stated that the Parking meter (ITET).receipts for the year 1948 were
D vision 201080,230 which if split 3 ways, as per agreement would give General fund,$Street Fund
of - End Fire fund $4,026.74 each; but since the Fire Fund and Sgnitation fynds.weree.overdrawn,

Alderman Feathers made a motion that the bills be allowed as approved, seconded by Alde
manWilliams, which was pissed unanimously by the Council.

of hose and°Mayor had opened the Bids on the 15nn feet of 22" hose, and that it was his recommend -
ought ation,that the City accept the bid of the Eureka Fire Hose Company through the Tri-Courjty
Recappers for 15nn feet of 22 inch fire hose with couplings at $1.50 per foot less 2% ith
.3n day delivery guaranteed, Alderman Feathers made a motion that the recomenndation be
approved, this motion was seconded by Alderman Gray and was passed unanimously by the
Council*

Court Alderman Hale made a motion that the cost in the case of P.R.Green,Etal.vs.
cost City of Fayetteville,amounting to $$4n.nn, be paid from the General Fund, this motion was
pd out of seconded by Alderman Williams, and was passed unanimously by the Council.*

An armual report of the condition of all funds was presented by the City Clerk, 90@m
Alderman Williams made a motion that the report be received and filed, seconded by Aldr-
man.Hale, which was passed unanimously by the Council*
unds to The City Attorney presented a statement from the Water Plant showing that
e paid $ln,nn7.55 had been paid from the operating fund of the Water Plant for developing the water
groin sppply in Clear Creek and for purchasing the -reservoir site on Vlaneetah Heights, also a
Const statement from the City of Fayetteville showing that the amount of x361.22 had been paid
and from the City General Fund for the expense of the Water Plant Bond Issue, and Alderman Hale
made a motion that the Mayor and City Treasurer be authorized to transfer these am1unts from
t e Construction Fund of the Water project, when accompanied by a certificate from the
P oject Engineer, in accordance with Section a6, of Ordinance No. 943, this motion was se ond-
e by Alderman Feathers, and was passed unanimously by the Council.
There being no further business, Alderman Hale moved to adjourn, seconded by
Alderman Gray, which was passed unanimously by the Council, and the layor declared the
