Alderman Williams made a motion that the report be received and filed, seconded by Alder-
man Hale, which was passed unanimously by the Council*
unds to The City Attorney presented a statement from the Water Plant showing that
e paid $1(),007.55 had been paid from the operating fund of the Water Plant for developing the water
rom supply in Clear Creek and for purchasing the -reservoir site on 177aneetah Heights, also a
onst statement from the City of Fayetteville showing that the amount of $361.22 had been paid
and f om the City General Fund for the expense of the Water Plant Bond Issue, and Alderman Hale
m.Jmde a motion that the Mayor and City Treasurer be authorized to transfer these alunts from

e Construction Fund of the Water project, when accompanied by a certificate from the
Project Engineer, in accordance with Section 96, of Ordinance No. 943, this motion was se ond-
