The successful bidder shall pay for the printong of the bonds and the ,unqualified approving opinion of Messrs. Rose, Dobyns, Meek & House, Attorneys, of Little Rocks Arkansas. The City of Fayetteville will pay.the charges,of'the Trustee and the Paying Agent.
