AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE OeFICE OF MUNICIPAL COURT CYERK OF THE CITY OF AYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS, PRESCRIBING DUTIES, FIXING THE SALARY, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF, THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILEv ARKANSAS: Section_: 1: There is hereby created the office of Municipal Court Clerk whose salary shall,be one- thousand and eight hundred dollars ($1,800.00) per annum payable in equal monthly installments.
