Said District shall be known as Street. Improvement District Number 55, and
.J.Hilton, George F.Caudle and Hugh Kincaid are hereby named Commissioners whd shall
ompose the Board of Improvement for said District.
SECTION2: This.Ordinanee shall take effect from and after its passage.

-The Mayor called the attention of the Council to the election to be held
Tuesday, December 2nd, with reference to installing parking meters, and Alderman Hale
made a motion that the Mayor be authorized to have an advertisement ini:bhe Paper on
Friday, with reference to the election, this motion was seconded by Alderman Uray, and
was passed unanimogsly by the Council*
f� A letter from Buster Dunlap, manager of tht1 Fayetteville Baseball team,
was presented, in which he stated that they were planningyhave lights at the Fair groun
I they would be•able to play NIGHT BASEBALL, after discinssion, Alderman Whitfield made
IR motion that the Council agree'to pay.$250.toward the fund, this motion was seconded
Py Alderman Gray, which was passed unanimously by the Council.
T ere being�urther business, Alderman Hale moved to adjourn, seconded by
alderman Whitfield, which was passed unandimously by the Council, and the Mayor declared
;he Council adjourned.
