Passed and approved this 25th day of November; 1947.E Approved r Mayor Attest : rt/i i y Uleric 1.� -The Mayor called the attention of the Council to the election to be held Tuesday, December 2nd, with reference to installing parking meters, and Alderman Hale made a motion that the Mayor be authorized to have an advertisement ini:bhe Paper on Friday, with reference to the election, this motion was seconded by Alderman Uray, and was passed unanimogsly by the Council* f� A letter from Buster Dunlap, manager of tht1 Fayetteville Baseball team, was presented, in which he stated that they were planningyhave lights at the Fair groun I they would be•able to play NIGHT BASEBALL, after discinssion, Alderman Whitfield made IR motion that the Council agree'to pay.$250.toward the fund, this motion was seconded Py Alderman Gray, which was passed unanimously by the Council. T ere being�urther business, Alderman Hale moved to adjourn, seconded by alderman Whitfield, which was passed unandimously by the Council, and the Mayor declared ;he Council adjourned.
