The Clerk then read the ordinance, and after discuss4on, it was'deoided to leave it on the second reading. There being no further business,Alderman Hale moved to adjourn, seconde by Alderman Williama, which was duly passed by the Couni6ill, and the Mayor declared the Council adjourned. Attest 1::. y�.
