S'aF h J36Y -' The Mayor stated that this was the date set for the hearing on the application Humphreys of F.A,Humphreys for a'permit to erect a business house on his prd°erty at the Northwest Bldg corner of Lafayette and College Avenues, several of the property �lners who had signed tie permit petition protesting the issuance of the building permit, were present, together with theim r jettedttorney, Rex Perkins, and Mr Humphreys being present to present his claim for the permit, fter hearing the argument f -or both sides of the claimants, a vote was called by the i gouncil, with the f ollwing result; Ayes: None. Nays: Bronson, Gregory, Banks, Stubblefield, Iillams and McRoy. Absent and not voting: Adkisson and Hale. and the Mayor declared the he application rejected, as there were 6 Nays, and no Ayes.
