Minutes of the regular meeting of'November 26th, were read and approved.

Alderman McRoy made a motion that the bills be allowed, as approved, seconded by aldervy

Novo 6ity Water Plant, alderman Bronson made a motion that the reportsLbe received and filed,

Alderman Stubblefield, Chairman of the Water Committee, presented the mat -
S lary ter of some SALARY ADJUSTMENTS in the Water Department, after discussion, alderman
a justmt Bronson made a motion that the matter be referred to the Water Committee and Water
referred to uperintendant, with power,to act, this motion was seconded by alderman Banks, and was

Alderman Hale made a motion that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized

There being no further business, alderman Hale made a motion that the
Council adjourn, seconded by alderman Bronson, which was duly passed by the Council, and
the Mayor declared the Council adjourned.

After waitng tall 8 O'clock, and no quorum being present, alderman McRoy
oved to adjourn till Th1arsdaq'C at 7-30 O'clock, P.M., this motion was seconded by
