AN ORDINANCE FIXING MOTOR VEHICLE LICENSE FEES FOR COLPO?ON BARRIER PASSENGER MOTOR VEHICLES HAVING A FIXED CAPACITY III EXCESS OF SEVEN PASSENGERS AND FOR OTHER PURPC BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS: SE6TION ONE: The annual Motor Vehicle License fee for common carrier passenger motor vehicles having a fixed capacity in excess of•seven passengers shall be $37.50 per annum, which license shall be due at such times as•are now or may be hereafter fixed by'Ordinanee for private passenger motor vehicles within the City of Fayetteville., Arkansas. SECTION TWO: Discounts and /or prorate. payments now or hereafter allowed by ordinance be applicable to the licenses'herein fixed. SECTION THREE: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in -conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after December 31 1945.
