otion that the matter be referred to the Park Committee from the Council,.with power to
ct, to meet with the committee otf, colored folks and help them with their plans for'the
mprovements to ,be made and als8, aT financial aid to be given them from the City, this
otion was seconded by alderman .cRoy, and was passed unanimously by the Council.

There being no further business, alderman I,IcRoy moved to adjourn, seconded by
lderman Hale, which was duly passed by the Council, and the Mayor declared the Council
djourned.
