Letter of The Mayor presented a letter from W.W.Higgins, outlining the work that the Boys' apprecia- Club had done at the City Park this'Year, alderman'Hale made a motion that the Mayor be tionito instructed to write a letter of appreciation to Mr.Higgins for the help and co-operation Boys' Club that the Boys' Club had rendered; this motion was seconded by alderman Stubblefield, and was passed unanimously by the Council. Not to sell The Mayor reported that he had an inquiry from a party wanting to buy a Lot lot on 62 Ilocated on the South side of Highway 62, alderman Stubblefield made a motion that the Highway party be notified that the'City would not be interested in the sale of said Lot, this motion was seconded by aldermam Bronson, and was passed unanimously by the Council. There being no further business, alderman McRoy moved to adjourn, seconded by alderman Bronson, which was duly passed by the Council, and the Mayor delared the Counci; adjourned.
