Council, this motion was seconded by alderman Banks, qnd was passed unanimously by the Council. The Clerk presented a letter from the ARKANSAS STATE FIREMEN'S ASSOCIATION '.ay requesting the Fire Department to pad membership dues for the year 'alderman Banks made al iremen motion tha# a warrant be drawn for $$1.00 per member for 25 members, this motion was seconded lues by alderman Bronson, and was passed unanimously by the Council.
