The Mayor stated that the meeting had been called for the purpose of dis',
cussing with Mr.Chas.Morrow Wilson some plans whereby the City of Fayettevile might acquire
some land adjacent to the present City Park.
Mr.Chas. Morrow Wilson, together with his attorney,.Miss Suzanne C.Light
were present, and'after a leng*jay round table discussion, it was agreed that the City w

in the near future, and after receiving h
report, will endeavor to have definite pla ready to submit to Mr Wilson on his return
Fayetteville, probably around the first of anuarjF, 1946.
There' being no further business, alderman Hale moved to adjourn' -second
alderman Williams, which was passed unanimously by the Council, and the Mayor declared
Council adjourned;
