Fayetteville City Council met in adjourned session, Tuesday June 12, 1945

Minutes of°the regular meeting of May 28th, were read and approved*
The follwing bills were presented, after their approval by alderman Adkisson, member

Aderman Banks made a motion that the bills be allowdO as approved, seconded by alderman
Adkisson, which was regularly passed by the Council.
The Clerk presented the repoets of John Bynum as Cer=Marker, The Police Department.

presented the report -of the Water Department (yAllreports for the month of May), alderman Adkisson
made a motibn,that the reior.ts be received and filed, seconded by alderman Hale, which was passed
unanimously by -the Councill
ul Youn I Alderman Hale reported that the Committee appointed for the purpose of
iring an Architect to draw plans for the Hospital, had met and voted unanimously to recom-
ommend mend employing Paul Young, alderman Bronson made a motion that the recommmendation be approved,
as
this motion was seconded by alderman Banks, and was passed unanimously by the Council*
