lderman Bronson made a motion that the bills be allowed,;as approved, seconded by aldr

The Clerk.presented the report of V.James Ptak as Municipal Judge'
for the month
P Appril, alderman McRoy made a motion that the report beQreceived and filed, seconded
y &lderman Williams', which: was passed unanimously by the Counedl•
The Mayor stated that -the hospital Board wanted a committee to employ an•Architete"
o submit plans for enlaegement of the Hospital Bmildings, that the Board had selected
.L.Pearson, Steive Bates and N.A.McCattney to represent the Board, and wanted 3 from
he City Council to work with the Committee from the Board, the Mayor appointed alder -
an Gregory in .addition to aldermen McRoy and Hale, who were members of the PLANNING
CARD from the City Council. ,
It was called to the attention of the Council that Wednesday(The 30th) would be
EMORIAL DAY alderman•MoBoy made a motion that all CityOffices be closed all day
ay 30th, this motion was seconded by alderman Hale, am was passed unanimously by the
ouncil.
There bein no further business alderman McRoy moved.to adjourn, seconded by
lderman Banks, whicg was duly passed by the Council, and the Mayor declared the Coun-
il adjourned.
