The Clerk.presented the report of V.James Ptak as Municipal Judge' for the month P Appril, alderman McRoy made a motion that the report beQreceived and filed, seconded y &lderman Williams', which: was passed unanimously by the Counedl• The Mayor stated that -the hospital Board wanted a committee to employ an•Architete" o submit plans for enlaegement of the Hospital Bmildings, that the Board had selected .L.Pearson, Steive Bates and N.A.McCattney to represent the Board, and wanted 3 from he City Council to work with the Committee from the Board, the Mayor appointed alder - an Gregory in .addition to aldermen McRoy and Hale, who were members of the PLANNING CARD from the City Council. , It was called to the attention of the Council that Wednesday(The 30th) would be EMORIAL DAY alderman•MoBoy made a motion that all CityOffices be closed all day ay 30th, this motion was seconded by alderman Hale, am was passed unanimously by the ouncil.
