The Mayor stated this was the date that had been set for the sale of $l25,000.00.Of 2% Sewer Revenue bonds maturing from one to twenty=five years, after discussion it was agreed that the bonds would be callable in inverse numerical order after three years from any supplus incthidaZewer Funds, and after Ten ,years from any fund, and purchaser to pay all expene„,ec,Yn connection with printing of the bonds', also legal approving opinion of Rose, Loughborough, Dobyns and House�� There being four. bond buyers represented, Viz: W.R.Sre ens Investment Company, T.J.Raney, S Ms, Walton, Sullivan & Company, all of Little Hock, and the McIlroy Bank of Favetteville. The Mayor declared W.R.SteVvens Investment Company ,was the successful bidder,' derman McRoy made a motion that"'the sale be approved, and all certified checks be turned except the W.R.Stephens Investment Company check, this motion was seconded, alderman Banks, and received the unanimous vote of the. Council. There being no further business, y alderman Williams, which was, duly passed ouncil adjourned.
