NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TnE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS, that said proposal of said Company as hereinabove set out be and the same is
hereby in all things accepted,ratified and confirmed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT THE CONTRACT between the City and the Company kfec
by this resolution be and the same is hereby incorporated in and made an amendment to
indeterminate permit above described,.and all ordinances, resolutions or parts or port
thereof in conflict with the terms of said proposal are hereby repealed.,
ADOPTED this 29th day of December, 1944.

Alderman McRoy made a motion that the bills be allowed as approved, seconded by a
Williams, which was regularly passed by the Council.
The Clerk presented the December peports of the Police Department, Henry Geo
ece as Building Inspector and as Acting Chief of the Fire Department, J.W.McGehee as City C
and as City Collector, also the Annual reports of Henry George as Building Inspector an
as Acting Fire Chief, alderman Bronson made a motion that the reports be received and f
seconded by alderman McRoy, which was passed unanimously by rhe Councif.

Alderman Banks made a motion that a committee of three(3� from the Council
City Park be appointed to have charge of the City Park, and to be known as THE CITY PARK COMIMITTEE,
ommitteel effective when title to the City Park has been acquired, this motion was seconded by alae
man McRoy, and received the unanimous vote of the Council. The Mayor appointed on this
committee, ''regory, IdcRoy and °Iilliams,
There being no further business, alderman McRoy moved to adjourn, second
by alderman Bronson, which was duly passed by the Council,and the Mayor declared the
