The question of the City trying to purchase,the City Park from N.F.Drake came up for discussion, and alderman Bronson made a motion that the Mayor and 2 members of ity the Council, together with.the City Attorney be made a committee to work out a deal with ark. YLr.Drake, this motion was seconded by alderman Banks, and received the unanimous vote urchase of the Council. mmittee The Mayor appointed aldermen Gregory and McRoy as the two members from the Council. There being no further business, alderman McRoy moved to adjourn, seconded by alderman Bronson, which was duly passed by the Council, and the Mayor declared the Council adjourned.
