Alderman Bronson made a motion that the bills(be allowed as approved, seconded by alder-
man Gregory, which was regularly passed by the Council*
The Clerk presented the October Pepor.t.of V.James Ptak as Municipal Judge,
;. alderman McRoy made a motion that the report be received and filed, seconded by alderman
port Stubblefield, which was passed unanimously by the Council.
The question of the City trying to purchase•the City Park from N.F.Drake came
up for discussion, and alderman Bronson made a.motion•that the Mayor and 2 members of
ity the Council, together with.the City Attorney be made a committee to work out a deal wit'
ark• Mr.Drake, this motion was seconded by alderman Banks, and received the unanimous vote
urchase of the Council.

The Mayor appointed aldermen Gregory and McRoy as the two members from the
Council.
There being no further business, alderman McRoy moved to.adjourn, seconded
by alderman Bronson, which was duly passed by the Council, and the Mayor declared the
Council adjourned.

Llderman Stubblefield made a motion that the bills be allowed as approved, seconded by

The Clerk presented the November reports of Roy Nix as Sewer Service Col -
Nov. elector, G.T.Sanders as Ex -officio Chief -of Police,J.W.McGehee as City Collector and as
Reports City Clerk, alderman Stubblefield, chairman of the Water Committee, presented the Nov-
ember report of the Water Dep artment, alderman Bronson made a mo#ion that the reporgs
�e received and filed, seconded by alderman Adkisson, which was passed unanimously by
the Council.
To Buy An Escrow agreement, that had been worked out with N.F.Drake for the
,{ ii� purchase of the "CITY PARK� was presented by the Clerk, and after discussion, alderman
