Fayetteville City Council met in regular session Monday, Novenwr 13th, 1944.
Present : Mayor Pro -tem G.T.Sanders, City Clerk J.W.McGehee., City Attorney Price Di
Acting Fire Chief Henry George, Aldermen; Bronson, Gregory,.Stubblef ield, Williams,
and Adkisson. Absent: alderman Banks.
Minutes of the regular meeting of October 30th;rwerecareadl:andva,pproved.

Alderman Gregory made a motion that the bills ba allowed astapproved, seconded by alder:
Stubblefield, which was regularly passed by the Council.

of the Water Cotmnittee, presented the report of the Water Dept.,' alderman McRoy made a
motion that the reports be received and filed, secondd by alderman Adkisson, which was
passed unanimously by the Council•

testants), and discussion, alderman Stubblefield made a motion that The Building 1-nsp8ct-

Williams, and was passed unanimously by the Council*

us Line Gregory moved that a CERTIFICATE OF PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY be granted, secon

25,00 UNIVERSITY OF ARKANSAS BUILDING AND GROUNDS, for use on the ARKANSAS AVENUE ESPLANADE,
or this motion was seconded by alderman McRoy, and was passed unanimously by the Council*
