Alderman Stbblefield introduced an Ordinance entitled " AN ORDINANCE RECREATING THE SEPERATE OFFICE OF CITY HEALTH OFFICER OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, REPEALING ORDINANCE N0. "877'4WHICH NAMED THE MAYOR AS THE EX-OFFIGIA CITY HEALTH OFFICER , AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES." The Clerk read the Ordinance in its entirety, and alderman Stubblefield made a motion that the rules be suspended and the Ordinance placed on its second reading,seconded by adder - man Banks, which was passed unanimously by the Council* The Clerk then read the Ordinance the second tine, and after discussion, alderman ( Adkisson made a motion that the rules be further suspended and the Ordinance placed on its third and final reading, this motion was seconded by alderman Stubblefield, which was passed unanimously by the Council* j '! Tie Clerk then read the Ordinance the third and f1bal time. 1 The Mayor then put the question " Shall the Ordinance pass",'and on roll call by the Clerk the following vote was recorded : Ayes; Banks, Stubblefield,Williams, McRoy and Adkissohl Nays: None. Absent and not voting: aldermen Bronson and Gregory* And the Mayor declared Passed, asthere wdre 5 Ayes, and no Nayso. Alderman McRoy moved the adoption of the emergency clause, seconded by alderman Adkisson, and on roll call by the Clerk the following.vote was recorded: Ayes; Banka, Stubblefield, Williams, McRoy, Adkisson and Sanders. Nays None. ARKANSAS: ION ONE.
