The Clerk presented the reports of Roy Nix, as Sewer Service Collector, G.T
Sanders as Ex -officio Chief of Police, V.Jamee Ptak as Municipal Judge, J.W,McGe}}ee as
May City Clerk and as City Collector, for the month of May, Alderman Stubblefield made a motion
reports that the reports be received and filed, seconded by alderman Bronson, which was passed u' n-
imously by the Council*
There being no further business, alderman McRoy moved to adjourn,
seconded by alderman Bronson, which was duly passed by the Council., and the Mayor declaied
the Council adjourned.

A PETITION signed by members of the Junior Department of the Union Vacatdon Bible
Petition School was presented by the Clerk, asking the Council to take steps to
fes' play -grounds conveniently located for the use of the children in the variousdsee ionsloflthe
Play' City.. after discussion, it was suggested that the petition be filed and the petitioners e
grounds otified that the PLANNING BOARD had already been working on this
project.
