612 ayettevklle City Council met in regular session, Monday, March 20th, 1944. resent : G©o.Sanders Mayor-Protem, City Clerk J.W.McGehee, City Engineer.E.T.Brown, Police Chief an Allen,. and aldermen, Bronson, Gregory, McRoy and. Stubblefield.. Absent: aldermen Banks, osford and Williams'* (Repeal Alderman Stubblefield introduced an Ordinance, entitled " AN ORDINANCE REPEA,- Ord.393 IPTG ORDINANCE N0. 393 OF THE CITi OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS, IN ITS ENTIRETYo left on The Ordinance was read in its entirety by the Clerbr,alderman Broson made a motion 2nd reading hat the rules be suspended.and the Ordinance placed omits second reading, seconded by al- erman Stubblefield, which was passed unanimously by the Council. The Clerk then read the ordinance the second time, and after discussion, the was left on its second reading. There being no frr.ther business, alderman McRoy moved to adjourn, seconded b lderrnan Bronson, which was duly passed by the Council, and the Mayor declared the Coune djourned.
