Vaughan, City Clerk J.W.McGehee, City Emgineer E.T.Brown, Police Ch Dan Allen, and aldermen, Bronson,Banks,Hosford,ilcRoy, Stubblefield and Williams. Absent Aldermen Gregory and Sanders, Minutes of the regular meeting off February 7th, were read and approved.
