Alderman Banks made a motion -that the salary of Oscar Asher, foreman of
Sanitary Department be raised from $22,50 to $25,00 per week, effective 7anuaryx 1%

A telegram was read by the Clerk from the Federal Bureau of InvestigatA
ddressed to Dan Allen, Chief of Police, announcing the 25th session of the FBI National
