Minutes of the regular meeting of November 29th were read and approved.
The following bills were presented, after their approval by alderman Hosford, chairman of

alderman MoRoy made a motion that the bills be allowed, as approved, seconded by alder-
man Bronson, which was regularly passed by the.Council•

Car Penalties Alderman MoRoy made a motion that the sum of $42.00 be transferred from the Stree
paid to Fund to the General fund for 42 car penalties paid out of the General to the Police Dept.
Gen • during the year 1943, this motion was seconded by alderman Stubblefield, and was passed
fund unanimously by the Council*
Nov• I The Clerk presented the November reporge of Henry George as Fire Chief and as
Reports Building Inspector, Roy Nix as Sewer Service Collector, J.W.McGhee as City Collector and
City Clerk, Dan Allen Chief of Police, presented the report of the Police Dept* and alder

an Hosford presented the report of the Water Department, alderman Bronson made a motion
that the reports be received and filed, seQonded by alderman Stubblefield, which was pas:
unanimously by the Council.
City I The Clerk reported that all the City Refunding bonds, together with all Interest
Bond Fund Coupons had been paid, leaving a balance of $535.17 in the City Bond Fund, alderman Gregc
transferd made a motion that this amount be transferred to the City deneral Fund, this motion was
$o seconded by alderman Hosford, which was passed unanimously by the Council*

Alderman Gregory made a motion that the sum of $19500.00 be transferred from tk
$1500.00 the AIRPORT BOND & INTEREST FUND to THE AIRPORT IMPROVEMENT FUNg, this being an amount
transferd borrowed from the AIRPORT IMPROVEMENT FUND in FEBRUARY, 1943 t P.airport INTEREST COUPONS,
to due March lat, 1943, this motion was seconded by alderman Rosfd1rdp and was passed unani-

Bonds Annex to West Lafayette and West Meadow Street Districts, and being owned by Mrs J.H.Fie:

There being no further business, alderman MoRoy moved to adjournp seconded
by alderman Bronson, which was duly.passed by the Counoil, and the Mayor ddelared the
Council adjourned*
