Mr'.F.L.SaellJAge:; was present,imvthe interest of a SAFETY PROGRAM for bicycles and after discussion, it was decided for the Mayor to confer wigh .the Superintendant of the Public Schools, and see what,could be worked out, The bill of J.L.Swofford & Co. for the 1942 audit was presented, amounting to 283.50, which included audit ,of the City Funds and the Sewer Disposal Funde.alderman Sander ads a motion that the Sewer Service Department pay #90.00, and the City pay the balanoe; r $1930'50, this motion was seconded by alderman Banks,.and.was passed unanimously by the ouncil Alderman Hosford made a mogion that the City Water Plant pay $500.00 to the anitation Fund to help pay the expenses of that Department for this year.this motion was' econded by alderman Gregory, and was passed unanimously by the Council# alderman ourned.
