Pesent Mayor Geo.Vaughan, City Clerk J.W.McGehee, City Attorney Price Dickson, City En .T.Brown, Building Inspector Henry -George, Police Chief Dan Allen, and.aldermen; Brons inks, Gregory, Hosford, McRoy and Stubblefield. The January -report of Roy Nix as Sewer Service Collector was presented by the C] alderman Broho on made a motion that the report be received.and filed, seconded by alders McRoy, which was passed unanimously by the Council'; Alderman Banks made a motion that an AIRPORT BOND & INTEREST ACCOUNT established -Port. at the MCILROY BANK & TRUS �3 t the amount of $1,500.00 be transferred from tY and & AIRPORT IMPROVEMENT FUND,f ii SUCH as there.is sufficient funds in the BOND & INI int.acct account, to re-imburse the AIRPORT IMPROEMENT FUND,for this amount, and that a warrant t drawn on the AIRPORT BOND & INTEREST account for $1,152.87, payable to the UNION NATIONA McIlroy BANK of LITTLE ROCK, for the purpose of paying the. INTEREST COUPONS of $19150 and Paying ank Agents Fee of $2.87, due March 1st, this motion was seconded by alderman Gregory, and e passed unanimously by the Council'; ncrese Alderman MORo,yy, chairman of the Police Committeesreported that on account of a Of $10o shortage in the pers�961 of the POLICE DEPARTMENT, that the present members of the Poli( sr mo department were having to put in longer hours, and felt like they were entitled to s=.lil D more money, and made a motion that the following members of the Police Department -be gii Police a raise -in pay of,,.$10.00 per month, effective.February 1st, 1943,: Viz.
