Bronson, Banks, Gregory, Hosford, McRoy, Sanders and Stubblefield*
Minutes'of the regular meeting of January 18th, were read and approved;
The following bills were presented after their approval by alderman Hosford, chairman of
the auddting committee

Alderman Stubblefield made a motion that the bills be allowed, as approved, seconded bl
alderman Bronson, which was regularly passed by the Couacil.

aterby Alderman Hosford, chairman of Ahe Wated2 committee, and after discussion,'alderman Hos=
lant Ford made a'motion that the report be'received and filed, seconded by alderman Banks, which
was passed unanimously by the Council*
Ilroy I The Clerk presentd a letter from -the McIlroy Bank & Trust Co., soliciting a
ank portion of the City Accounts,after discussion, it was decided that the Mayor and alderme
Letter Gregory and Sanders arrange for a conference with Mr.E,P.Pyeatt to discuss the proposit on.
There being no further business, alderman McRoy moved to adjourn, seconded
by alderman Bronson, which was duly passed by the Council, and the Mayor declared the
Council adjourned.

Alderman Hosford made a motion that the bills be alllowed, as approved, seconded by ald:er-

paid to $140,00, be allowed, this motion was seconded by alderman Gregory, and was passed unanimous-

Fund to the Sanitation Fund to help bear the expense of Street Cleaning and hauling ru'
and Tin Cans, this motion was seconded by alderman Bronson, and was passed unanimously

Alderman Gregory made a motion that a warrant be drawn to the Clerk of
Supreme Court inthe amount of $11.68, to pay for filing the APPEAL of the L.F.Bell ca;
and that the City Attorney be authorized to have the Democrat Printing & Lithographing
print a Brief in the same case, this motion was seconded by alderman Banks, and receive
the unanimous vote of the Council.
There being no further business, alderman McRoy moved to adjourn, sec
alderman Stubblefield, which was duly passed by the Council, and the Mayor declared
Council adjourned. no
