There being no further business, alderman McRoy moved to adjourn, seconded by alderman Bronson, which was duly passed by the Council, and the Mayor declared the Council adjourned. Alderman Gregory made a motion that a warrant be drawn to the Clerk of tike .F.Bell Supreme Court in --,the amount of $11.68, to pay for filing the APPEAL of the L.F.Bell case, ppeal, and that the City Attorney be authorized to have the Democrat Printing & Lithographing Co. print a Brief in the same case, this motion was seconded by alderman Banks, and receiveld the unanimous vote of the Council. There being no further business, alderman McRoy moved to adjourn, sec alderman Stubblefield, which was duly passed by the Council, and the Mayor declared Council adjourned. Attest _''__ Mayor MM
